Frema Ashkar Quits Metro TV Following Embarrassing Shut Down By GRA For Owing Taxes

Metro TV on air host Frema Adunyame, formerly Frema Ashkar, has reportedly quit her job at the Accra based television station.

Her departure comes mere days after the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) closed down the station over a significant backlog of unpaid taxes.

According to razzonline, which has close ties to Frema, she has decided to quit her position at channel.

Frema has worked at TV3, and ETV before joining Metro and also has experience as a radio host.

She’s the longtime manager and some say love interest of highlife star Kwabena Kwabena.
