AC Milan legend Gennaro Gattuso has revealed that he would jump at the chance of managing Premier League side Manchester United.
One of the greatest midfielders of the modern generation, Gattuso has turned his hand to management after hanging up his boots and has had stints with the likes of Sion, Palermo and OFI Crete.
Gattuso is currently the manager of Italian Lega Pro side Pisa and the 38-year-old has now set his sights on taking over the reins at a Premier League club, with Old Trafford his preferred destination.
The Italian told The Sun: “I’d walk there. I’d even go tomorrow.
“(Sir Alex) Ferguson has always respected me — and I have always admired the Premier League which, for me, is the best league in the world.
“In Italy, we are tactical masters, but in England you see pacey players — with great strength in their legs.
