Manchester United are ‘not for sale’, it is being reported amid interest from crown prince Mohammad Bin Salman of Saudi Arabia.
The crown prince is understood to be looking to buy a high-profile football club having already invested in Formula One and WWE.
But the Glazer family, which has owned the club since 2005, have made it clear that they do not wish to sell United at any price.
The crown prince is understood to have seen the effect that owning Man City has had on the popularity of the Abu Dhabi United Group, despite questions over UAE’s human rights abuses.
Saudi Arabia could certainly use some positive PR at the moment…
