Manchester United youngster Timothy Fosu-Mensah wants Louis van Gaal to stay in charge.
The 18-year-old has featured in United’s last four Premier League games since making his debut against Arsenal last month.
“I still think it’s great that I was able to make my debut under him. Do I hope he stays? Of course,” Fosu-Mensah told De Telegraaf.
“That the club has kept Nicky Butt and Ryan Giggs from the Class of ’92 says something about the club and it’s very important,” added the United starlet.
“They have an eye for talent and you just know as a youth player that at United they’re always looking at you. They know exactly how you feel at times, and what you’re doing wrong and why it’s wrong.
“I try to do something with their information, which is important. I know that I still am not there, and that I may soon have to be patient.”
