Jose Mourinho believes Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcus Rashford will form an amazing strike partnership for Manchester United.
The Red Devils recently secured the services of Swedish superstar Ibrahimovic who at 34 is still playing some of the best football of his glittering career.
Teenager Rashford burst onto the scene at Old Trafford earlier this year and has an extremely bright future in front of him, which will only be advantaged by his on-field relationship with PSG hero Ibrahimovic, according to Mourinho.
Mourinho told MUTV: “Let me start with one point. 34 is Zlatan’s age and 18 is Marcus Rashford’s age.
“34 plus 18 divided by two is the perfect age for a football player.
“So our two strikers, they are exactly in the perfect age because 18 is not the perfect age and 34 is not.
“So I think they can be an amazing complement for each other with their qualities.”
