Sergio Romero has admitted he is unsure how much time he will spend on the pitch for Manchester United this season.
The 30-year old started for United in the Europa League final last season, but he is likely to be replaced by three-time United player of the year, David de Gea.
But the Argentina international says he isn’t fazed by the uncertainty and he’s more than happy to take whatever comes his way.
“I don’t know what is going to happen,” said the 30-year-old.
“We will get to know before each match who is going to start as normal, but we will work hard and the minutes that I get, I will try to take advantage of them.
“I am thankful for the confidence that the manager has given me and last year he had a lot of faith in me and the results showed that.
“We won the Europa League and I didn’t concede many goals. It’s a situation I look at with calmness and this year I hope to have the same confidence levels so I can respond in the same way.”
