A conference call involving Manchester United chief Ed Woodward has seen a breakthrough in their deal for Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba.
Gazzetta dello Sport says Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola reportedly met with Juve director Giuseppe Marotta yesterday.
Woodward was included in the meeting via conference call.
According to the report, Woodward and Marotta haggled over a transfer fee between £92m (€110m) and £100m (€120m).
Those negotiations could be settled today, with Pogba already reportedly agreeing in principle to return to Old Trafford four years after leaving for Juve.
