Manchester United have a bid on the table for Real Madrid attacker James Rodriguez.
Don Balon says United have offered €40 million for the Colombia international – and will not go higher.
James has stated he wants to play more, but is facing another setback ahead of the Super Cup.
Despite Cristiano Ronaldo being ruled out due to injury, James has little hope of a start, with coach Zinedine Zidane rating Alvaro Morata, Isco and Lucas Vazquez ahead of him.
Zidane has made it clear to president Florentino Perez he doesn’t consider James as an option this season and has recommended his sale.
Along with United, PSG and West Ham are also in contact with Real for the attacker.
